My practice provides the only representation in the geographical area for
all areas
of
Criminal Law
that would require an appearance in the
Ontario Court of Justice
or an appearance in the
Superior Court of Justice
or an appearance before the
Court of Appeal for Ontario
which includes the
Division Court of Ontario.
Representation is available to my clients in relation to any charge under the
Criminal Code of Canada, the Controlled Drugs & Substances Act
or any
combination of charges
under both statutes.
My practice provides,
regardless of the date or time
, consultation for persons who are
in custody
and wish to exercise their
Charter Rights to Counsel

The geographical area of my practice in this regard includes appearances in
Bancroft, Pembroke, Renfrew, Killaloe, Oshawa, Lindsay, Peterborough, Cobourg, Belleville,

YOUTH CRIMINAL JUSTICE
(Young Offenders)
My practice provides presentation for
Young Offenders
under the
Youth Criminal Justice Act.
There is a
Youth Criminal Justice Court
in Bancroft which is an extension of the
Ontario Court of Justice - Family Court
based in Belleville.
PROVINCIAL OFFENCES COURT
My practice provides presentation for persons or corporations under the
Highway Traffic Act
, the
Building Code Act
, the
Fish & Game Act
and any other matters that are heard in
Provincial Offences Court
.
